Over the past 30 years, Shirley Agan, has had the privilege of serving as an educator.  While filling numerous roles, she found her passion helping students with behavioral challenges.  It was this passion and desire to help these students succeed that led her to her role as a Special Services consultant at her local Education Service Center.  Shirley served in the Special Services department where her main focus areas were behavior and discipline management, autism, disciplinary alternative placement settings, Tier 2 & Tier 3 systems of support, restorative practices and social emotional learning.  She specializes in training, coaching and supporting educators and district leaders in these areas.  After 19 years in her role as a consultant, she has decided to offer these services to districts across the state as an independent consultant.

Shirley is available to provide training or systemic support for you and your staff.   She offers observation followed by coaching and trainings to develop strategies that are proven effective on the campus setting. She is available to  coach and support your teachers with research based strategies for maintaining behavioral control of their classrooms.  She's an expert at tailoring staff development that addresses the individual needs on your campus or in your district.

Shirley offers services that include complete evaluations of the data for your campus,  including evaluating your current systems of support, discipline, behavioral records, attendance, academics and individual areas of concern.  She will work to establish attainable goals with advisement throughout the process, and develop a training system that advocates the best possible outcome for your staff 

 and students.  Trainings are hands on, interactive, and personable.  They provide humor and relatable stories that connect to the audience.
